At Autri Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
